Ivanova Esthetics - I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel / reschedule an appointment. However, as a service provider, I also highly depend on the income that has been scheduled for each day. Therefore, I require a 24 hour notice of Cancellation / Reschedule prior to an upcoming appointment. Last minute Cancellations will result in a 50% Cancellation Fee. Cancellation Fees do not apply to First Responders and to anyone with a real life emergency. All fees must be paid for in full in order to make any new appointments.
